3/ English Movies, dramas, songs etc.
Download these kinds of content according to your interest and keep learning. Focus on your level of understanding and enjoy these contents according to your level.
4/ Make a group for practice speaking.
Search for a few friends with whom you can practice your English speaking. Make a group of them, select a topic and have fun. Sometimes debate can boost-up more. If you can't find them, then join your local speaking practice club. You can practice with yourself too. There is a saying

5/ Buy some English learning books or Pdf.
Try to find those books where context is their first priority and then the lessons. Reading books or PDF is also another way to practice English offline.

Try to write something everyday. Writing something will develop your thinking power, typing speed and also expressing yourself clearly. Your spelling mistakes, your usage of smart language etc can be developed by this formula. The more you write, the more you will see your improvement.
